Just had the idea to see if Aaron would post up a section for races. That way we could post upcoming race dates, discuss past races, share pictures from events, and get input for those trying to host an event.

Just curious as to the other member's thoughts on this.

i think this would be a good idea.  Then other racers/directors and people wanting to host a race could stick their input on the board to be reviewed by others.  And also put up the events photos of the races as well.

So how about if I set up a section and if people wanted to comment about a race we could title each topic after the individual race. Then all race comments could stay inside. Aaron

Sounds great, I am looking over the proposed race season and think I will shoot for the April 3rd slot for Hood River.  The other option is to piggyback on to the Pasco weekend and have Hood Rivers race on Sunday, we could have open camping at the high school.  This would cut down the travel since H.R is on the way to Pasco.  What do you think?  Would most schools still show? 2 Races in one weekend?  Batttery charging could be open at the high school.

My vote is that they be on separate weekends.  Even if they are on the same weekend, we will still end up driving back to Portland.
