Are there any contacts for clarification of restrictions/regulations? I have some ideas on alternatives for controllers that I would like to be able to ask to 'non-partisian' officials without spilling the beans to possible competitors.

What part of the country are you racing in?
The basic answer is that the rules are designed to encourage creatitivity. This can be interpertated differantly in differant parts of the country as to application though.
In the NW your best bet would be either Mike Hodgert or me (Aaron Williams).
Possibly one of the common race stewards from back east will speek up soon too.
