I am looking to buy a new motor. Any recomendations and justification for these recommendations? Don't worry about price when considering this! Thanks a lot!

Most teams are running original Briggs & Stratton Etek motors, or the same motor but more expensive L.M.C. Lynch motors made in the U.K.

Do you think there is a difference in performance between these two brands of motors?

Is anyone running the Re-manufactured Etek's currently on Ebay? Manta?

I heard that the Lynch motors are slightly more efficient compared to the original Etek motors. The refurbished Manta branded motors are being used by Hood River Valley High School in Hood River, Oregon. I've heard they are good motors. From a efficiency standpoint they seem all the same to me.The Etek-R motors, the type with the bigger brush housing on the back I have no idea. I've seen teams run them before but usually the car has some sort of a problem part way through the race, so no good test really.
