PROPOSED CHANGE (2/10/13): Enforce number visibility more and offer purchasing option for numbers. We can offer three 6 inch high black numbers on a white block background for $5.00 each letters can be purchased at $2.00 each (these are a bit more, but letters are not sanctioned except for state designation when racing outside of your region which rarely occurs)

-This has been a complaint over the years by timers, flaggers, etc. By offering members the option of purchasing the basic numbers already specified in our rule book (Rule 16: Have uniform easy to see numbers that are standard.) we hope to avoid future problems and enable inspectors to enforce more rigorously on this issue. This is a cheap alternative option not a requirement to buy or a template that needs to be replicated exactly. All cars just need 6 easily readable numbers on a contrasting background.
