At $122 each plus bicycle brake levers, plus cables, this is not perfect.
Anyone running a better foot pedal?
What about computer racing game foot pedals? They used to be just a couple of 5 volt potentiometers wired to the pedals. Now they seem to have USB cables. Anyone know if they are digital or just analog taking advantage of a common plug?
cant speak for their durability but they should work alright, and they are cheap enough that you can easily replace it.
the game pedals are standardized nowadays to mimic inputs of a gamepad (controller ) by sending in the same data as the left and right trigger, these are built in as base drivers in windows now, so im not sure that they will work.
Hi,
We run 2 of this standard throttle potentiometers: https://shiftev.com/index.php/shop/controls,-pedals-linkage/throttle-input-device-pot-box-detail.html with bicycle hand brake levers mounted on the front nose bar in a blue sky chassis. This gives the driver standard foot throttle and brake.
