I was fortunate enough to have my first Electrathon race to be at Barber Motor Speedway two days ago. I was one of only two open division cars to compete, while there were reportedly 35 high school cars. It is a very neat track and while it does not lend itself to efficiency minded driving with all of it's elevation changes, it does provide a fun, exciting driving experience. It is 2.38 miles long and the winner completed 26 laps in two races with second place doing 25 and third getting 24. Do a Facebook search for Barber Electrathon and check out everyone's pictures.
