Why is it that Electrathon America has not met or discussed items submitted in writing about seat belt rules in their handbook? The organization is still taking car registration fees, insurance policy fees yet, do not meet in over a year? A written rule change was submitted for review over 6 months ago. Can someone help us to understand what's going on in EA Organization? Thanks
