The morning of May 8th, the Springfield race, I have state Choir competition. I am going to be in Newberg which is about an hour and fourty-five minutes away from Springfield. I would still like to race but would not get there until after the first race started. I was wondering if I could get special permission to get late inspection and request to be in the second heat for this race only. My car is number 32 from Hood River Valley High School, if that matters. Thank you very much!
