These are suggestive actions for race hosts and members after a race day. These items are intended as helpful suggestions not as manditory items when placed in a check list.
Looking for advice for members after races (i.e. recharging battery, modifications due to warnings, etc.)
Looking for tasks to be preformed by race hosts, not members, after a race (i.e. follow up due to a cancellation, posting results/photos, etc.)

For participants: Make a list of modification and repairs to do before the next race. Post pictures and video links on Electrathon of America forum as well as local organizers site.
For Race Hosts: Post results as soon as possible. Cross post to Electrathon of America forum to increase awareness. Include announcement of next race date. Post recap with pics if possible. Post link to recap on Electrathon of America forum.
A way to quickly damage your batteries is to leave them uncharged at the end of a race. Put at lease some of a charge on your batteries before you pack up, ideally a full charge. Over time leaving batteries uncharged for long amounts of time is going to decrease the life of the battery.
Can't agree more with what Shannon said, an expensive way to wreck a set(s) of batteries. I always get mine back on the chargers as soon as I get back to the pits after weighing after a race is done with.
